Tera is the happy mother of Kai and life partner of Duff (yes, like the beer on the Simpsons).  She's spent her life wandering the world, going to school, working glamorous jobs like secretary, cashier, waitress, English teacher and film lackey. Her newest challenge, raising a family, is by far the most rewarding and the least lucrative. In her ongoing mission to find balance in life, she decided to open a cafe, 'cause she just wasn't busy enough.

Raised by a large extended family of grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins, Davina knows the value of food, family and community. She spent 4 years in the real estate industry in Vancouver before she put her career on hold to stay at home with Jazmyn and Avon Kymani. As an avid believer in sustainable living, she enjoys finding new ways to live happy and stay healthy.
